I'm 20, in college, and I dont drink or party, never have really. Is there something wrong with me? It just doesn't appeal to me. I guess I'm really nerdy because I'm focused on school and trying to go to law school.

Am I going to regret not drinking or partying in the future?

Am I a loser for not partying or drinking?

no you dont have to drink or party at college. College has so much more to offer to you other than drinking and hooking up with every girl in the house. Go for the law school thing. I'm seriously also into Law and I want to go to school for Criminal Justice but I drink and party but I also know when enoughs enough. Drinking and partying isnt always a good thing. But you decide. Dont fall into peer pressure its like a gang and so hard to fall out of

I knew a couple of non-drinkers in college. They could still have a good time, and they didn't hangovers like the rest of us. I don't think you'll regret not drinking. Find people to hang out with that don't drink if you feel too pressured around those who do drink. Or just laugh at the drunks. Be the DD. People will love you for that!

Hell no there's nothing wrong with you. You don't have to get wasted to have fun. You may regret if you do start drinking and partying all the time (drunk driving accident, arrests, etc.) If you're focused on school, then it'll really pay off for you in the future.

Getting drunk is more of a freshman thing. As I recall, Juniors and Seniors rarely get drunk because they are too burned out on partying to care for it anymore. Besides, as you get closer to graduation, you become a little more concerned with studying to bring up that GPA, and you no longer have the time.

Binge drinking can lead to alcoholism, which is no fun, and can cause one to develop health problems later in life. Besides, as best as I can recall, getting arrested for being drunk in public, and waking up with a hangover wasn't all that much fun in hindsight either.

You are only a loser if you think of yourself as one. You are more "cool", and will get the honest admiration of (most) people in the long run, if you act as though peer pressure doesn't affect you. Be your own man, and do what you want to, and people will admire you more -- as long as you are not a snob about it, and as long as you keep your cool even when you are being teased.

Wow! Kudos to you for standing by your own convictions. Don't fall for the pressure. While everyone else is just getting by with their grades, your studying will pay off with A's. You have the rest of your life to party and drink if you choose.Don't feel like you are missing out on anything.

althoughfor a lot of people that is what they remember most about collage and what they look forward to. it is not everything. you are there for an education and since you are not taking your eye off the target. you are not a loser everyone says the person that only trys for good grades is a loser but you may be their boss someday. don't give in to peer pressure.

No, to all of the above. You have a strong sense of self-worth if you don't need to get wasted twice a week and call it fun. I don't think you'll ever regret it. My bf was in a fraternaty in college and they did the whole party scene. He regrets a lot of the stuff he did while drunk. Not worth it, in my opinion.

There is nothing wrong with being focused. in fact it will serve you well throughout your life. Don't give in to peer pressure, your high school days are behind you. When you are paying for the privilege of your education it means more and you will want to work hard to achieve your goals. You should be proud of your values and hold onto them. I' m sure your parents are very proud of you . kudos to you..
