definitely go to the doctor, there are a million things that can cause this kind of fatigue. Your doctor will most likely test you for mono or lymes disease first.

I understand how you feel. I have been dealing with this for years. You should go to the Doctor to rule out anything serious. Eliminate caffeine from your diet it only makes things worse- especially the headaches. A good diet and exercise are the best things for this. Its hard at first but once you get going you will continue to improve. Also could you possibly be depressed - if so seek help for this- there is no shame in this and treatment can do wonders.

do a search online for chronic fatigue symdrome you might find you aren't alone at all.

Are you stressed? Headaches and no desire to get out of bed... Looks like it. Try drinking herbal tea by night and drink cofee in the morning. Try to change something in your life from time to time, your appearance, your room decorations, go somewhere... Try to write in a diary ar talking to smb about your problems. It's ok to be stressed when you're 13.

I had the same problem and I never found the exact cause but I do know a solution! Make sure to eat breakfast in the morning. It wakes your system up. But it shouldn't be sugary food or cereal. also try running in the morning and you'll wake right up. as for your head aches if they continue for more than a couple of months you should talk to your parents about seeing a doctor.

You have to go to the doctor. You might have anemia, low iron levels in blood or even maybe low blood pressure. I highly doubt the last one, but its better to be safe than sorry. Watch your diet. I recommend an apple everyday, at least 8 glasses of water each day and dont skip brkfst. But seriously, when it comes to your health, dont hesitate, have a dr check it out for you
