You are not making much sense, but any of the statements would be 'accepted'. All a statement is, is what a victim or suspect says happened. Doesnt prove innocence or guilt.

I would say Statement 3 would be accepted, because it shows you as the victim of a crime committed by someone else. Statement 1 shows that you did not have control of the gun or that it was not stored properly. Statement 2 shows you were not in a state of sound mind. These are my thoughts, but I could be wrong since I'm not a law enforcement person.

the evidence is bound to give some information if the gun fell and went off then you wouldnt have been beaten or if you shot yourself so number 3 would have to answer some question as to the fact that you were beaten then shot
