I've always thought life delt an unfair hand, but with the bad there is always good. Think about the future, when your a mother, and how you can have a child of your own, How you can change things, and shape a young person to be someone awesome!!! My dad was never in my life, and it took a while to get over it, but when i finally did get over it i looked at what i did have, and was thankful for them. I'd really like you to e-mail me and maybe we can talk, because ive been through alot too... and its always good to have someone to vent on.... my e-mail is xopinkrose@yahoo.com

even though some one is an adult doesn't mean that they know everything nor do they come without faults; all humans have faults no matter who; even if no one choses to see the greatness in you due to their short comings, you can see you; you never let anyone steal your thunder; you can't hurt yourself b/c other people have serious flaws and faults and made the awful mistake of inflicting them on a child; you are not to blame; take whatever control you have and start today one day at a time; like a dripping facet , soon the pail is full; know that you are God's creation; you were giving your life to live; focus on your studies, ask for help from professionals , teachers etc when you need to; don't let anyone any more use your life as a door mat; you have a right to a great life ; help others when you can, dog shelter; tutor for younger children , fund raising , library ; and start to expose yourself to the world, you are getting to an age that you can start to do for yourself; you can only help you; you are only accountable in this lifetime for yourself; make your life count, don't look back ; the future is yours; I will pray for you to find that inner peace that you need and long for; I would give anything to be 15 again; to get a great education then a job; and pick what ever partner that I Want ; you have a life in ahead of you; focus on your future; good luck

I'm sorry to hear that life is so rough for you now, but think about the options you have to address your stress and unhappiness before thinking about harming yourself. You have the option to speak with a school psychologist or even a private psychologist outside of the school environment who will be quite capable of giving you the assistance you may need.
Aside from that, find a way to keep yourself occupied with something that makes you happy. Whatever that is, be it spending time with friends, reading, playing video games, going to the movies, etc., these are all things that will keep you in motion and will take your mind off of things that make you feel bad.
Always remember that things will improve, and if you think that you've hit rock bottom now, then the only place you can go is up! 15 years old is an age that, well, sucks for just about everyone, and we manage to gut it out and enjoy life to its fullest. Just give it time, and I would really recommend finding things that make you enjoy yourself in a safe way that you can do every day. Good luck!
Oh, and remember, we're always here for you. If you want someone to talk to, talk to us here on Answers and we'll keep you going. Have a good one -

When I was young, it started about age 10, I started hurting my self and was suicidal. I can relate to you a little bit in that aspect. I had good parents though and no reason to feel this way. Later in life I was dignosed with bipolar 2
Its not easy being a teenager. School is hard, teachers and parents dont understand than there is your school mates, peer pressure and all of the other pressures that go along with being young. Its really really hard. I wouldnt go back to the teen years of some one paid me.
I would like to tell you that things get easier as you get older but when you come face to face with the facts, reality is worse than a horror movie. When I wake up in the morning and realize all the responsibilitys I have its like a hammer to my face.
But its worth it. Life is a great thing full of suprises and gifts. You have to have some good memories that you can think back on, senimental moments. Like when your walking down the street on a nice day and the breeze hits your face just at a perfect time. Or when you go to a new place and your enchanted by its beuity.
And there are things to look forward to. Like falling in love. Its so great when it happens and it will happen. Maby you will go to college and plan out your life or maby you will just let things happen as they happen. Having kids is one if the funnest peroids of life. I dont know if every one has felt pain and misery to the extet that you and I have, I know that some have felt it worse. I know and I wish that I could explain to you how its not worth giving up your young life for.

You know I had such thoughts when I was a teenager, used to blame life for being so bad. Now I'm glad that everything is behind and whatever happens I'm strong enough to overcome it. Don't stay home much. Find yourself some reason to be away during weekends and in the evenings - a job, a boyfriend, a hobby, sport trainings. Change your surruondings when you can - try to spend some time in the forest or somewhere else. Believe me, it's not forever. You can also need to take some kind of medicine to help you to overcome this, try to find a doctor if you can. There are also special phone lines in many countries to help teenagers who are depressed, call them, I called and didn't regret.

Listen Take a step back (mental step) now breath.
ok, i grew up in the same sort of situation, it can get better. I'm only 21 and i'm still dealing with the crap i went through. Do you write? Poetry? Stories? Journal?
If not you might want to start. It helps. You dont have to write about what is happening. Just put pen to paper and write. Fan Fiction is usually the best place to start.
I use:
FictionPress.com
and
Fanfiction.net
If you dont think you can write believe me you can. You clearly express yourself in the way you write.
Dont worry it will get better it just will take a while.
I moved out of that situation on my 18th birthday and moved across the country from it all. A new start where no one knew who i was and where i was from(not to mention no one knew what had happened)
Be patient.

Go to the hospital honey. If you really think you might want to hurt yourself, you need some help. Life really isn't all that bad. You just need to grow up some more and find something to live for. Maybe get a kitten or bird. Take care of yourself, you are all you have right now. There are people out there that can help you. Good luck to you.

Taoists and Buddhists believe that before a spirit enters the body before reincarnation, they have to choose what family they are going to live amongst. The choice has to be a lesson that they have not learned in a previous life and must subject themselves to deal with and overcome in this next life. All the things you are going through, must be endured. You will come out ok - and you will be stronger. If this doesn't matter to you, then choose to live out of spite. Live with the goal of one day being able to give your mom and dad the finger and show them that you ended up being a success, rather than just ending.

Jackie, you're stressed out and very depressed. You need some professional help for your severe depression. A psychiatarist can help you by giving you medication to help the depression and it's important to have someone to talk to about your feelings, so having the right therapist for you is important.
If you can't talk to anyone in your household, tell your teacher about your situation. She or he will be able to refer you to counseling. But please, tell a responsible adult about your feelings. Depression can be helped. Sometimes a change of living environment is necessary. But a professional can help you with all that. Please, please, don't take your life. Doing that is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You are a sweet girl and have your whole life in front of you. I lived in a difficult family environment, and often felt depressed and sad. When I went away to college, away from my home environment, I started feeling better, happier, and more confident. So things can change. And believe me, medications can help a lot. Therapy can, too, as long as you have the right therapist for you--someone you feel supported by, someone you trust and can confide in about anything.
I wish I could give you a real hug, but I can't. But here's an imaginary hug. Stay safe, ok?
