God Is in Heaven, Paradise hasnt arrived yet. Paradise is the teaching in the bible concerning the restoration of paradise lost by adam and eve. The "Lords Prayer" or Catholics call it the "Our Father". When Jesus taught us to pray "may your Kingdom come" We are essentially asking in that prayer for the restoration of paradise that God promised would be restored. Paradise comes after the earth has been cleansed of wicked mankind by Gods war "Armageddon" then the ressurection that jesus taught would take place in these paradise conditions.

According to my research paradise means a name for the world of happiness and rest hereafter.
In other places paradise and Heaven are used interchangeably. Jesus used paradise in Lk. 23:43 and used to describe where He was going and that the criminal would join Him in paradise.
Paradise is only used 3 times in the Bible (according to the NIV) and in the those three citations it looks like 2 of them 3 deal with a Heaven like experience.
So from this research I gather that paradise and Heaven are of the same.
To answer your question I believe that God is in paradise which is also Heaven.

The ancients believed the sky was a solid dome over the Earth (hence the term "firmament" in Genesis) and that God lived above the dome. Thus, heaven is the sky, or whatever is above the sky, and that is where God lives, according to the Bible. Of course, the invention of airplanes, rockets, and space shuttles proved that this cannot be true, so now it becomes necessary for Christians to invent some other silly notion of where heaven is located.

Both are states of mind, heaven is perpetual bliss, and paradise is absolute abandonment.
Those who raise kundalini, even for last time are bound to be in heaven in due time over evolution.
Those in last loka are not yet in paradise until we see purpose as meaningful not just merciful, in three of our years those in last loka shall be able to be in paradise again.
By then we shall care to have that at hands, it is very much a result of apreciation to what we have, not just what we can do for ourselves.

I think 'paradise' and 'heaven' are both just words for a place we really know nothing about. But they work.

He is in the Third Heaven. The first heaven is the atmosphere
around the earth. The second heaven is where the celestial
bodies are and the Third Heaven is beyond where God is.
Paradise was taken to heaven when Christ ascended.

Jesus gave us a model prayer, "Our Father, Who is in HEAVEN."

Paradise is also called "Abraham's Bosom" which is where those who died in faith awaited the promise of the Messiah. It is not heaven.

“Is not God in the height of heaven?
And see the highest stars, how lofty they are!" - Job 22:12

God looks down from heaven upon the children of men...-Psalm 53:2

"God of heaven" is mentioned 23 times in the Bible

God and the gods was cast down to earth.

Yahweh is in the third heaven.

2Cr 4:3 But if our message be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

2Cr 4:4 In whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious message if the Messiah, who is the image of Yahweh, should shine unto them.
