What does is mean when I (as a woman) am dreaming about one of my male friends being pregnant? It's kind of funny because both myself and a friend of mine have had this dream this week. Any dream experts out there? =)

Male getting pregnant = unusual behavior, taking up big responsibilities.
It is no surprise that you and your friend would dream the same thing. Why? It is because to you pregnancy could mean big responsibilities. And somehow this lurks into the male friends of yours. It could be in reality that he is doing something weird and caused you two dream about that. It could be about things he has done; maybe he needs to take care lots of stuff and act like a woman to you subconsciously or could be he is gay in reality. There are many possibilities, but the main one is that there is something unusual he is doing and this behavior may have something to do with responsibilities. And you projected him being pregnant is basically venting out of how you feel about him

this dream can mean a couple different things...
either this specific person you are dreaming about is about to embark on a new project... (give birth to new ideas) or go into a completely new line of work... (get the idea... anything new... or different... pregnancy means new beginnings)
Orrrr. the male in the dream can also represent the male aspect of yourself... (we all have femenine and masculine aspects to our selves) and a gestation or birth of new ideas within that male aspect...
If it turns out to be a prophetic dream... then it means that your male friend could soon become a father
my best educated guess would be that there are new ideas gestating around this man... he is going to be the bringer of new ideas, or a new way of doing things... or something new...
