Photoshop CS3 Won't Install?

Question

I downloaded CS3 from adobe and installed it. But there is this file called "WINBOOTSTRAPPER" and I don't know what to do with it. Then when it's all done installing I choose "TRIAL VERSION" but it says restart the computer or install again, but it never works? What am I doing wrong? If it helps, I downloaded it on a different computer and then put it on a travel drive and then brought it to my computer.

That will not work.
The trial version is just that a trial version for the computer it was intially installed on.
You can not copy it and transfer it to another machine.
It places a key on the original computer and a timer that goes backward for 30 days and then de-activates.
When you attempt to copy it and transfer it it locks the software and you are done.
Adobe does this to prevent Pirating of there software
