If you have to ask the question - chances are they won't even let you in Special Ops much less in the military?

Most people don't join the special forces for the pay. If you're looking for money, that's probably not the job for you.
You can find the base pay table for enlisted and officer at the link below
As how long you serve, that will be up to how long you signed up for in your enlistment contract (if you go the enlisted route).

If by Delta Force you mean 9th grade, you don't get paid at all.

you just can not join delta force or any other spcail ops teams you ahve to have time in the service and laos you have to be pick for it .plus it is not easy by any means

Looks like you're out of luck. Both have minimum ASVAB scores.
