Flat stomach in 3 weeks most likely won't happen. Losing 10 pounds, can. They both take a lot of work to do, I'll list a few things you can do to hopefully accomplish your goals.

First, your diet. Cut out any junk food, soda, fast food, or fried foods that you eat. Do NOT eat ANY of them, even if you crave it. Eat more fruits and vegetables regularly at meals. If you need a snack, eat an apple.

For exercising, I recommend doing crunches. This will help for major calorie burning, and will help get your stomach alot flatter, and look better. Next, get outside and jog around the block a bit. It's good for your heart, and you burn about 100 calories for every mile, so that will help you with losing weight.
Ask your parents to take you to a sporting goods store, and get yourself a set of low weight dumbells (5-10 pounds are perfect) and get an aerobics ball. Its a large ball you sit on, that is inflateable. It comes with a workout DVD and you just do the routines they have, and you will burn some serious fat off and get a much more lean looking body. I have one.

Lastly, I wish you luck! It will take a lot of hardwork and dedication, but you can do it! It will take time, and you might even be sore for awhile, from using muscles you aren't used to, but hey, no pain no gain, but don't worry, its nothing too bad. Just don't over do it, and keep it up. Also, don't quit when you meet your goal, you will just gain it all back.

Ok, that is what helped me: never eat much at once, in fact I ate a very tiny piece of chocolate for breakfast, you can use 5-6 nuts instead or a piece of chese and so on. When you're hungry you eat a little but always very little, 4-5 times a day. And exercises - running or playing some game every day. It's difficult but you'll get used. you can still eat your favorite food but in very small quantities. Take some food with you when you go out. Don't buy it in the street to control yourself. It's fast but you have to stay a little bit hungry all the time. Never make your stomach full. Don't start eating a lot when you have lost your weight. Continue to eat not very much or everything will return. It worked wonders on me, everybody mentioned. I stay slim for a year already.

Instead of trying to crash diet and lose 10 pounds really quickly, why not try to implement some lifestyle changes? If you starve yourself and exercise like crazy to lose those pounds, you'll only gain them back again. Try to learn how to eat more healthy foods, and find a form of exercise that you find fun, like say taking a karate or yoga class. You won't see the changes as quickly, but you'll look and feel better in the long run, and eventually you'll thank yourself for getting into good habits. I had terrible habits for all of my teenage years, then suddenly I turned 22 and my metabolism slowed down. Now, its even harder to break those habits and lose those extra pounds.

Whatever diet you choose to follow, you will have to lower your daily intake of fat and sugar. Here are a few steps: -Cook don't deliver -Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. -Eat chicken/fish rather than red meat/shrimps -Have milk/yogurt rather than cheese -Have a big breakfast (eggs, cereal, juice) and a light dinner 2 hours before you sleep -Drink a lot of water -Speed up your metabolism: eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones Here are a few exercises you can do at home: -Pilates -Crunches, sit ups -Push ups -Stairs (if you have any at home) Check youtube videos for specific exercises; you can make them more efficient by buying dumbbells. Hope that helps;)
