ive been taking this creatine for a month its called six star muscle fuel.....well anyway.. i heard to day that ur suppose to stop taking it after ur first bottel becasue ur body gets use to it and that i should swithch to whey protein?...is this a good idea?..what should i do...an

the information that you have is inaccurate at best. firstly the body does not get used to supplemental creatine, that is 100% false. And I'm not sure why the instructions say to switch to whey protein as whey protein should always be used for post workout supplementation. you can take creatine all year round but it really depends on what your goals are. creatine is mainly used for strength training but it can also be used effectively when on a reduced calorie diet when the reduction of body fat is the primary goal.

you really need to set some short term goals then develop a training program, diet and supplementation program to maximize those goals in a minimal amount of time.

What u should do is go to the gym and let your muscles buildup naturally. It's one of the best ways. You just have to work it out. Now it's up to you if you want to keep on using that product. And yes your body does get used to it. My other suggestion is talk to a body builder professional about this. They could also help you out. Goodluck
