Speak with a lawyer. And yes you do have rights, only rights that pertains to illegal immigrants, etc.
So for you people who say illegals don't have rights, actually they do.
I know someone who was about to be deported in Chicago but the Mexican consulate was able to stop that because they were still hearing about that person's visa status, so they let that person stay, and a month later that person got the visa, and is now happily living here legally.

If you enter this country illegally you should have no rights and should be jailed as illegal means against the law, but you'll probably be handed the keys to the city along with every other benefit denied some legal tax paying citizens.

If you don't mind being in a country where most people want you to leave, have no social security (meaning you can't get a license, SSI payments, etc. the government doesn't acknowledge your existence, you can't get health insurance, if you get hurt somehow, you are ******), and so on...
also, it is getting increasingly difficult to illegally cross the border. Find a smart way to contribute to your own country's wealth. Also, you can't really communicate with Americans which might become a problem.

If u enter the U.S. illegally, the only right you have is to get your butt back over the border pronto. Other than that, you have NO RIGHTS!!

You have the right to return before being deported. If not, you have the right to sit in a detention center awaiting your departure by ICE!

Nothing but our laws, we have rights to put you in jail after a time we may sent you back. You have no rights that i can think of other than rights to a attorney. Stay where you are.
