My advice to you, is just do aerobic exercise, Which involves allot of Ruining, and exercising with your own body weight. Something that can help you really define your body, is getting a pull up bar. Pull ups and chin ups, will definitely define your complete upper body.

If you don't them to get bigger, concentrate on high reps and low weight. They may still get a little bigger, but not as bulky.

u would have to lower u bf %. eat healthy, and plenty of protein.
