Air conditioner louder than usual..and spraying a little water out at times..?

Obviously there's something wrong with my a/c but does this sound really dangerous?

it also could be freezing up due to being low on refrigerant. Check the coils for icing.

more probably condensation not getting drained because it isn't tipped down on outside or drain is blocked.

Is it hotter than usual outside? It might just be working harder. Water coming out is pretty normal, have it tilted slightly downward in the back so the water drains outside.
