In the state of Tenessee how many yrs apart do you have to be for statutory rape?

Because I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 19. Is that rape? I'm just curious to find out because I really love him.

The age of consent in TN is 18. It does not matter the age difference. If you have sex with him, he could go to jail.
