Jr..seemed to be struggling to know what to say and he seemed hyper...he is usually laid back...i think he is on cocaine to deal with all the pressure from his teams to hendrick motorsports and other things.

So.. The same thoughts went through my head when I saw his interview. Not really thinkin' it was cocaine though. I don't see a "Coke-High" lasting that long, especially after a long race. Maybe painkillers, or some kind of pill the driver could ingest while driving the car would let them "speed" the entire race, but not cocaine.

On the other hand, I totally 100% believe that Dale Jr is not on any type of drugs. The "pressure" you're talking about was lifted after leaving, and signing w/ Hendricks. So in turn, You're thoughts are nothing but opinions and accusations. And In my own opinion, Dale Jr is nothing but a shy man, that doesn't do well in media interviews.. Watch almost any of his past interviews and you will see that he is always like that. I agree he was more jittery, and lost for words Sunday.. But the damn guy isn't on cocaine.

I have to admit that it took some big brass ones to ask such a question about NASCARs most loved driver.
But lets get real here buddy. He just got out of a car where the temps can get up to 200 degrees! He said in his in car interview that he hoped to win the race for his Dad. Then his engin blows. He was tired and frustrated. Yes I will give you this one. If you have ever seen someone on coke they do act all jittery but so does a dibetic when their sugar is low. or a person that is dehydrated.
Gosh people like you are always looking for a reason to make people better than them selfs look bad.
Give it up killer. Jr is a good man and I don't think that he whould ever stoop to what you are suggesting!

You can't just imply something that outrageous based on something like that. Sure he has been laid back before, but remember, the Chase is coming up, he's fortunate that he's still in the top 12, barely. And being forced out of the race while he still had a good chance to win at Indy is a huge disappointment to anyone(was 5th right before the engine blew), not easy to put it into words.

Sounds like you are on cocaine saying "da race" & even asking that question!!!!!! No way he is on cocaine... He is much smarter than that. He was most likely upset & frustrated that his engine blew up just before the end of the race .... he was running great all day until that happened. I am sure that is very disappointing to any driver... He might not be great at interviews, but he is one heck of a driver!!!!!

Go Dale Jr!!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually think that Dale, Jr. is probably one of the cleanest drivers as far as drugs as there is on the circuit. He seemed to be sick in that interview, I saw it too. It looked like maybe he had got some grit or smoke in his eyes and lungs and was trying to get away and maybe get cleaned up and take a little oxygen. He wasn't happy about his engine going on him but he appeared to be sick.

You seem to be such an expert on people who look high on drugs. Says a lot about you and your friends. Is cocaine how you deal with stress in your life? Maybe you should address one of your questions on the mental/medical section of Yahoo. The people there will surely be able to help. Good luck getting that monkey off your back.

What would possess you to make such an accusation based on what you saw after "da" race on tv? Put yourself in his shoes, would you want people to say that about you?

Go Jr.>>>>
