What I go by is 50% of the calories- 2000 would mean 1000 calories or 250 grams and 1500 would be 750 calories / 187.5 grams. You may be following a different % but this works for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you either count carbs or you count calories. If you are tying to lose wieght by counting carbs. Start with 20 carbs a day for three weeks. Then go to 25 carbsfor three weeks. Adding 5 carbs a day for three weeks each time. Calories will have nothing to do with it.
