I had a first date with a guy on Friday night. Today I received an e-vite to a get-together at his house on Wednesday night.

Should I accept on such short notice? Or should I wait for him to ask me individually? I don't want to come across as desperate or too eager.

He asked you through email? and you haven't talked to him since your date on friday? I wouldn't go. Especially since he didn't ask you directly.

I've never been one to play games when it comes to relationships.

Seems to me that if he's inviting you to a get-together (even if it's not a one-on-one date), he's signalling that he enjoyed your company last Friday and would like to see more of you--and sooner, rather than later.

Perhaps *he* doesn't want to come on too strong and risk scaring you off, so he might be thinking that a group get-together would be a good way to see you without scaring you.

Plus, unless you both know everyone who's likely to be at Wednesday's gathering, he apparently likes you enough to want you to meet his other friends. To me, that says something positive as well.

Assuming that you like him, too, and would like to see more of him, I don't think that accepting this invitation will make you look desperate or eager. He issued it, after all: it's not as if you're calling, e-mailing, or stalking him.

have you ever concept with regards to the shown fact that possibly she doesnt prefer something severe spectacular now the two? Why do some women folk attempt to make themselves the sufferer in each little thing is previous me. She isn't a sufferer yet a keen participant interior the relationship. to no longer point out women folk string men alongside that they dont rather care approximately for all time. Whats so difficult to understand approximately that?

Definitely wait. Seeming too eager will turn the guy away for sure. Just act like what party? if he asks you. He'll notice that your not desperate for anything.

I get the whole thing about making him ask you days in advace. But if you had a date with him and he's asking you out and you like him, then go to this thing. Feel him out, act dignified when you get there. It's not always about not showing up somewhere but more about how you behave when you get. Make him try to win you! Also, it will give oyu an opportunity to show him how cool you are and give you more data about him! Good luck!

If you like him and feel comfortable going why not. See what is happening. You may want to check out who is coming the this event through a common friend to be sure it is on the up and up though.

if it was fun on friday then you might as well go this time. maybe it'll be a blast and he didn't have any other way of inviting you. you're reading too much into it. if you like him, go, and if not, then politely refuse.
