You just need a audio converter software to help you. Just search on Google or Yahoo.
I recommend you to try Daniusoft Audio Converter which a friend told me. It could convert between all popular audio formats such as: WAV, WMA, MP3, M4A...

If you dont find a free convertor, check out Audio Playback Recorder. It is a $30 program that also allows you to record all sounds that play on your computer (including microphone or webpages) as either WAV or MP3 files. It records a different bitrates, up to and beyond CD quality.
