God was never alive. Hes always been mythical, although they say hes alive inside you. But if hes inside of me, then why doesn't it feel like hes gonna crawl out of me like an alien? Wouldn't that make for a good Bible story!

Hey, John, As others have pointed out, Darwinian evolution is a theory. It hasn't been proven, and you can't state the mechanism whereby the rabbit changes into the giraffe, or the reptile into an eagle. Come on, please, you aren't gonna say Genetic mutations?? Even those who believe that theory can't agree among themselves about whether eagles change to alligators or lizards eventually become hawks, and what is the mechanism. You see, John, the doctrine of Marriage between one man and one woman, the doctrine of original sin and the doctrine of salvation, and the doctrine of the sabbath and many others are built on and inseparable from the creation account. This is why so-called Christians have a huge problem when they try to twist and distort the historical account of Genesis and make it allegory, which it wasn't. You seem to know something about the Bible, but don't understand Genres of the Bible. Law, History, Poetry, Wisdom literature, Major Prophets, minor prophets, Gospels, Pastoral letters and Apocalyptic literature. You can't take Poetry and make it Historical narrative and you can't take Historical narrative and make it allegorical. Genetic mutations are almost always harmful, and to get seven linked mutations that were all beneficial is mathematically impossible, and then the fossil record is the creation scientists' very very best friend, and the worst enemy of the Darwinian atheist. Not enough stone age skeletons, with buried artifacts, blatantly embarrasing lack of so-called transitional forms, and evolutionists don't like to talk about polystrate fossils of single animals buried in multiple layers of ages, supposedly deposited over millions of years.

The one who died on the cross for your sins and mine was Jesus. God, His father resurrected him from the dead after three days so that the world would see His power, His love and that God the father really wants a relationship with mankind. The Bible is the true inspiration of God and also soon Jesus, will return back for those persons who do believe and those who don't believe will have to remain here on earth to deal with the anit-christ, false prophet and the hell that will remain here on earth.

Christian myth #1 bible is complete infallible word of God.
Reality: The church tried to destroy the gnostic gospels and replaced them with the o.t.
Cristian myth#2 We are all being punished because Adam & Eve disobeyed God and ate the forbidden fruit.
Reality: The accurate account of creation was given to us by Jesus in The Apocryphon of John.
Christian myth#3 Salvation is only through faith in Jesus.
Reality: Most of the people in the world have never heard of Jesus. Salvation was given to us as a free gift in the form of The Holy Spirit and has nothing to do with a cross.
Christian myth#4 Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and the Father make up one God.
Reality: God created The Holy Spirit with whom He co-created Jesus and they are not equal to God.

It was Jesus the son of God who died on the cross and He came back to life because He is God and He sits on the right hand of the Father.

God made man died, but God the supernatural cannot die. God the supernatural restored God made man to life. Thus Jesus died a human death and rose to life again as a human.

Jesus Christ, the God-Man, died on the friday and rose from the dead on Sunday about 2000 years ago. Jesus Christ is both True God and True Man. Jesus has a distinct human and divine nature in one divine person ever since the incarnation. Therefore, Jesus died, because he was/is human, but ressurrected, because he was/is also God.

I don't know.
I wasn't there, I have to rely on first hand accounts, and rewritten translations. So I believe as well as I can with the faith of my family, and community.

God and Jesus were never the same person.
Jesus died, God resurrected him.
That's all there is to it.
