no you sweat to cool yourslef off. i used to think that when i was small, that you had to sweat to lose weight. i don't know what happens to the weight when you lose it but oh well...little fact about dogs and sweating: you know when you see them panting for there life?, its because they don't have sweat glands, and that is there way of sweating.

sweat only accompanies workouts because your body is trying to cool itself.

To lose weight, you need to eat right, exercise, and get enough rest. The exercise portion of that just means that you get your heart rate up for about 35-60 minutes. You want to work out in the aerobic zone which is usually identified by being short of breath, but not so much that you wouldn't be able to carry on a conversation throughout your workout.

Luckily for you, sweating to lose weight doesn't work anyways as you would only be losing water weight. Try regular exercise and adopting healthy eating habits.

Reading this I just have to share something because I spent years going from diet to diet without getting any real results until I discovered Pams magic plan (just google it). It is without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever achieved and I have kept it off to this day.

Ok well put a sweater on and then exercise. You will get so hot that you will sooner or later sweat. Good luck and have fun.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

no not at all, weather you sweat or not you still burn the same amount of calories for the workout you do. sweating only looses water not body fat, and is replenished as soon as you eat and drink.
