I'm 17 and I have somewhat pecs but I want them to be tight and everything. I pretty much want to work my way down in getting everything in line.. I can't really go to the gym and I would like to be able to do whatever at home.. any advice.. thanks!

You already have them, but they have a layer of fat over them, must reduce your fat intake, and do alot of cardio.... What works for me is a fat loss pill, and exercise in the morning, you must have the protein shakes after you exercise. Exercise on an empty stomach after 8 hours of sleep works magic, because your body needs fuel, carbs, no carbs in your stomach it will grab your fat for fuel.

rugualr n inclune pushups, as well as bench press.
