im on tdrl and was recently rated 100% by the VA, and am receiving my first payment from the VA agu 1st, but i am also receiving my navy check at the end of the month also, is this right? I dont think i can collect from the navy and the Va at the same time right?

You can collect from both. Congress passed a Concurrent receipts law which permits that. But, the VA disability benefit has to be for a combat-related condition, not just service-connected.
