between a wart, some kinda tumor or a tick located on my dogs lower lip.

A wart has an uneven surface appearance, kind of like cauliflower.
A tumor will usually be under the skin and smooth and hard.
A tick is an insect burrowed into the skin, and is obviously foreign and dark in color.

a tick will have legs.... if it does not have legs I would take the dog to the vet to have it checked... would hate to let a cancer tumor grow bigger than it has to.

a wart or tick would be small and a tumor would be bigger.

if it has legs its a tick so you need to remove it. if it isnt a tick then you need to go the vets or your dog does anyway.

It is probably a wart.. ticks do not like dogs mouths. they much prefer there hind quarters and midsection.

That is very simple. Take the dog to the vet and have him tell you and then you will have learned the difference.
