Sure, you can stop it with prayer, Bible study and reading about the lives of various Christian saints, and volunteering at a soup kitchen or some other program that helps the less fortunate. You just need more perspective than what you have, and the closer you get to God (by loving Him with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and by loving your neighbor in kind), the better your persepective will be.

yes you can do it without therapy, this may sound crazy but honestly, it you'll forgive God for what you think he is guilty of you 'll feel better #1 and #2 if you're a Christian you really should be honest and talk to God openly about this in prayer (even if your not saved, He will hear you) and then let it go. Life is too hard to go thru life bitter about things you can't control especially those things that happened that may have happened to you when you grew up. A lot of people hate God because they hate their father figure and so now they don't trust anyone in authority including God, its quite common and very sad, take care and God bless you.

If you are blaming God for everything bad in your life, than where is your understanding of the Love of God. Get therapy, and grow up and learn to accept responsibility for the choices you make in life..yikes..

Reality mirrors mind. We project our defects onto others and our attributes onto higher-ups. Cause and effect are NEVER separated. We literally live by faith - experience what we believe will happen.

Until you get to the bottom of your learned ego belief and thought system you will continue to experience a frustrating reality. Almost all of our beliefs/faith is unconscious so you have to ask "What must I believe about myself and the world to keep experiencing this??!"

Remember the first time and subsequent times it happened. Reframe it in the light of reason, seeing that you were not the original cause of the reaction. See your child as innocent or the events will continue to replay ad nauseum.

This sounds like it's very frustrating. A therapist could probably help you by giving you the tools to see things differently and manage your emotional reactions to matters beyond your control. A good therapist will also help you feel better about the strength needed to seek out a therapist rather than "white-knuckle" it.

Yes, instead of blaming God, acknowledge your part in whatever went wrong and take responsibility for it.

1) take responsibilty for your behavior and ask God for forgiveness each time you lose your temper
2) spend 15 minutes a day thanking God for everything He has done for you. Make it a new list each day.

Understand that the only thing you can control in life is you. You cannot control circumstances or events. So when bad things happen control what you can control. You.

When something bad does happen in your life - trust God in the good and bad. There's always a reason why things happen and we don't always know what it is. Remember - if God brings you to it, He'll bring you THROUGH it. God Bless!!

no.
what you need to do is pray more often, learn about your faith, and get involved in something positive. As your knowledge of God grows, you will be less apt to blaming Him for everything.
