I believe it's danish, or else norwegian.

That is a Scandinavian language. I know a little Norwegian, and the first two words are asking "What is". All of the Scandi languages are related, so look one up and it should be similar enough or the same to figure it out. Likke Til (Good Luck)!

"What really is Ucla?" or "What is actually Ucla?"

That's the Norwegian spelling. Danish is probably the same, since both languages are very closely related in spelling, vocabulary, and grammar.

Probably Norwegian. I saw these most of these words in my search in Norwegian blogs, so it probably is right. Egentlig is a TV-programmer. I think there are some Norwegian translators speaking English here who you could contact. It might be wrong, but it's probable.
