Get the 60 gb version , Sony just lowered the price a hundred dollars , and the only difference with the 80 gb version is the amount of memory it can store . Do you have any idea how big 60 gb is ? It is enormous , and nobody will probably need the extra 20 gb memory. Save your money

You should get the 60 GB model because the Playstation 3 has an interchangeable hard drive function. This means that you can take the standard hard drive that sony give you out. You can then go and purchase a much bigger hard drive (they are extremely cheap now) and put that in. This would save you alot of money as paying an extra $100 for 20GB is stupid.

I think that you should buy the 60GB PS3 will the price has dropped. I don't think that an additional 20GB of harddrive space will make that much of a difference. You can always purchase another harddrive if your 60GB PS3 gets full. I had the 60GB version for over 7 months and I still have over 55 GB of harddrive space left.

With the 80GB PS3 you will get a free game Motorstorm and additional harddrive space. If you think that you will need the extra harddrive space, then wait to buy the 80GB.

You should buy the 60 gig now. You also get 5 free blu ray movies when you buy it!!! That is a huge savings and nice bonus.

I highly recommend PS3. I've had one since 11/06 and have not had a single problem. Its a top notch quality machine.
