Dress appropriately nice but not overdone
Speak clearly without street talk, look the interviewer in the eye when speaking, try not to fidget, if you do just tell them you are a little nervous, and give clean honest answers. Best of luck to you

Just be yourself. An interivew is a conversation between two people. Think before you speak. I am guessing, they may take you through the daycare area of the fitness center to see how you interact with the kids. They will probably ask you questions about babsysitting, your approaches to a fresh or upset child, why you want to work there etc... Dress nicely, be on time (arrive about 10 minutes early) and if you have references make sure you have them with you to put on your application. Nothing shows you are not prepared more than not putting references on your application.

try and put yourself in the interviewers shoes. What would they want to know about you.
For a baby sitters gig, I would want to ask someone:

how would you handle a crying baby or naughty child
why do you like working with kids
get more detail regarding your experience
what would you do if you were looking after a child for 6 hours e.g. play games, read books, tell them nursery rhymes etc.

Be yourself! Try not to be nervous and just answer the questions they ask you honestly and dress nicely. Not like high heels and a skirt, but some khakis with a belt and a shirt with a collar. Good luck!

be calm & collected. Think about your answers before you blurt them out and don't be afraid to "sell" yourself at the end. Let them know what you can offer them in your own words. Be creative.

Be yourself, dress to impress, no gum chewing, be a little early, and try and WOW them.
