I still can't view Excel sent as attachment on an email on my Q even after down loading documents to go. Why?

I can see the attachment but I am not given the choice to open the attachment. Any work arounds?

I am sorry I don't know what a "Q" is, but I do know that the simplified versions of Excel like the Microsoft Works version can't handle a spreadsheet with multiple worksheets and graphics in it. That may be your problem.

Try opening the attachment with a full version of Excel to see if the spreadsheet is too complex for your "Q" to handle it or if the worksheet is even readable.
