I finally went to newyork first time there i was only in the bronx but damn, the people are so rude, I loved it all for the most part besides the smells and the dirtiness, but I couldnt see myself living there....cuz the people are snotty as hell....why?????

The way New Yorkers speak or act sometimes can be interpreted as "rude" by non-New Yorkers. And vice-versa of course.
Perhaps you just misinterpreted their behavior or they thought you were rude or "weird".

I live in NY and from borough to borough the attitude of people is not different.
Residents of the Bronx, in general, shouldn't have a different attitude than residents of the other 4 boroughs.
Perhaps its just the people you encountered.
