I play tennis and it is really hard on my body my back hurts all the time. But what can help is if you go to the gym regularly and lift weights and stretch it. To help the pain right now try taking advil or motrin or you could use an icy hot pad that you can find at drug stores too. The pain should be gone in 1-2 days. Hope it feels better=)

you must rest for at least three days. Do not continue popping your back. That's very dangerous and should only be done by a professional chiropractor. I suggest you see a chiropractor to help you get over this problem.

In the meantime take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. This will help relax the muscles. Advil liquid capsules work very quickly for pain, take them four times daily.

After three days you can start stretching. I've enclosed a link were you can learn about proper stretches.

Your back is trying to tell you to take a break. I would stop the popping. That will give you grief in the future.
