If you are asking the question "what is the easiest way to lose weight" then you must ask yourself am I totally dedicated on losing weight. It's not easy! It can't be summed up in one short paragraph. If you are really serious, then I would suggest reading reputable articles on exercise and dieting. Get mentally focused on what it is going to take. And most importantly, set measureable goals. 90% of losing weight is mental. The rest is just details : )
Now, try the following if your really ready. Cardio class at the local gym (spinning, fitness boot camp, kickboxing) Three times a week. Get rid of all sugar products from the diet (cokes, cookies, candybars) Replace these with water, fruits, lean protein like chicken and fish, low fat yogurts and milk, and veggies. Nothing fried! Eat small portions each meal. Eat 4-5 times a day. After a month of this have a qualified trainer introduce you to weight training.
Sounds simple enough. Anyone can do it. But only if they really want to. Good luck : )

Nothing that is ever quick or easy will last forever i am affrsaid, but i can tell younow... Change the way you think before the way you eat. You HAVE TO read Paul MCkenna's- I can make you thin, i know you just wanna pop some tablets down your neck but these only work for a short time and then you will pile it all back on again. We all know eating healthy portions of fruit veg plently of ice cold water (as this burns huge amounts of cals to warm the water up) Paul MCkenna changed my life!! I have lost the most weight with him!! The book is only a fiver! Its my BIBLE

The easiest and quickest way is to eat lots of calories of healthy food instead of starving you. By eating healthy, you will become healthy and love life! Also, make sure you exercise a lot and drink lots of watewr and stay fit. Trust me, this really works! I lost almost two pounds my first week!

There is no easy or quick way to lose weight other than someone who cannot eat if they are ill and i don't mean anorexic. If you eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, take enough exercise, the pounds come off, crash dieting does more harm. And most goes back on again, just take it slowly.

The voice of reason inside of me says eat healthy and lots of exercise, but the voice of lose weight fast said's eat very little and exercise loads (you will lose weight quickly but then probably put it all back on) Mmmmm what should you do? x

Eat plenty of veg rice, protein gluten etc , Start steady with exercise e.g swimming , walking etc , then join a gym if you can afford it, if you can't just carry on with walking swimming , jogging etc

eat in moderation and plenty of excercise try and join wwatchers to help you get it off correctly i did and lost 3 stone for my wedding, they also help you maintain your weight and keep you on track. good luck.
