Which is the correct English spelling of this Russian word?

There's no such thing as a correct spelling as both are transcriptions. They both try to imitate the way the word sounds, but the only precise spelling is that in cyrillic.

Russians usually transcribe words without using the letter Y. For example, you can tell a Russian speaker by the way he writes the word "no" - he'll write NET instead of NYET (like most westerners would do).

"dye" is probably closer to effective pronunciation, certainly it is to official Russian pronunciation and Muscovite accent, but this may actaully vary depending on other regional accents.
Anyway, as has been said, this is only an approximation from real russian pronunciation and Cyrillic spelling.

Niether of those is the rusian spellling because russia uses a different alphabet.

Both are OK, you can always spell it dievushka, if you wish.
It is pronounced "die-voosh-kah"
So whatever makes you comfortable is OK,
as long as you are understood.
