I dont want too, but my back has ben sore and I wonder how hard or heavy does something have to be and how long does it take to stop growth

and can crouthing over alot give you scoliosis

The truth of the matter is that you can't stunt your growth by lifting anything. Growth can only be stunted via a very poor diet (nutritional deficiencies) and certain illnesses.

No, crouching over will not cause scoliosis. Scoliosis is a lateral curve which isn't even the direction your spine curves when you crouch! Actually, the cause of scoliosis is unknown. However, sometimes it is a result of one leg being shorter than the other or a birth defect. Abnormalities of the spinal cord or brainstem can play a role. A poor diet, poor posture, exercise or heavy backpack do not cause scoliosis.

If you are having back pain, instead of trying to self diagnose and imagining all sorts of scenarios, please do the smart thing and see a doctor. It will be far more beneficial than playing at being a diagnostician. Good luck!
