I want to gain weight.
I was recommended to count my calories each day and increase them. Now,how exactly do i do this?
For example,If I eat a bowl of cereal i look in the back of the box where it says calories and it says 120 so one bowl of cereal equals 120? What about when my mom makes me food like (Rice,Chicken, beans)

Does a certain amount equals the same,im confused.

What i mean is if i eat a a whole plate rice, beans who do i know how much calories i've just eaten.

I want to track all my calories down but dont know how.
Please explain and thank you.
I just really want to gain weight im only 99lbs and 16 years old.

try fitday.com
you have to see the size of portions you eat (how many servings that is) and calories per serving

on the package of food it will say - amount per serving-1/2 cup or somthing then it will say...
calories per serving 120.... so if you have two servings the calories will doble.
