Ok do I have to go to Carlitos Hideout at the end? Because All Isabella says is "Forget about me ...Save Yourself" So do I have to go to the hideout? Also If Im going to the hideout will I encounter any special Forces?. Because there is a cut scene that sows the military leaving.

Yes to get the full A ending you have to complete all case files including checking up on isabella at the end. Yes you will encounter tons or special forces, but there is a gunshop at the end of the hallway where isabella is at. the special forces can be dealt with very easily with their own weapons after you kill one of them. The best way that I found is to use a chainsaw, especially if you still have the one from the clown. If you defeated him there will still be one on the ride platform everytime the area reloads(When you leave and return an area). the military does leave eventually, but I don't think it is before the time expires. They don't actually say, but I believe they leave to clean the scene, by this I mean blow up the mall.

Uh I dont think thereis anyway to kill a zombie...so your out of luck I guess...Just hide your liver. I sthink they like to eat liver...and brains too. But I think you may be short there so you should be ok
