I am decorating the bulletin board at my church with the "Jesus Fish" followed by other regular fish. The headline is going to be "Follow The Leader". I am looking for a religious/biblical quote to go along with this. Something to do with following Him. Any help would be great! Thanks!

"Follow the Leader" sounds appropriate, since church teaches you to not think for yourself.

Perhaps a verse that says that you should blindly follow the church more than even your own family is appropriate:
Matthew 10:37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Or:

Mark 10:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's,
10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Since you are basically saying you are servants to the yahoos leading your church, this might be appropriate:

Ephesians 6:5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

Or:

Colossians 3:22 Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God;

You could also go with a verse that basically says, "Ignore what other people say, and just listen to us", which is another call to blindly follow your superstition:

2 Thessalonians 3:6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

Or:

2 Timothy 2:16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.
