You can't.

There really isn't a way. Contrary to popular belief, the definition of sales is "helping people get what they want or need" so your question is a contradiction.

If you are getting people to buy something they neither need or want then you are actually a swindler and not a salesperson.

So, get some training and find a product you believe in and can stand behind and then you might be a salesperson.

Unfortunately, I agree. Regardless of how small a niche can be, if the product isn't in demand, it will be a flop. Try revising your product, or visit forums in your niche to figure out what people are looking for. Find a problem and provide a resource that solves it. It's the easiest and surefire way to success.

Are you going to ask this same question every few days forever?

If nobody wants to buy your product, you aren't going to sell it unless you can make a good case to potential buyers why they would want it.

Depends on the product but generally you have to create a market for it, Get people to believe that it is needed, cool, or wanted for whatever reason. When it is perceived as needed, wanted etc, it will sell itself. You must create a market for it.
