Here's a pick of a guy that I'm currently reading his book and his articles about skinnier guys who have bulked up. I think his body has exactly the right amount of muscle and that's what I'm striving for.

Would you consider him too buff, slightly too buff, just right, or not buff enough?

I think that is just the right amount. The whole totally ripped thing is kind of disgusting to me. I think the guy in the picture looks really good, but also looks like he has a life outside of exercise.

He's about the right amount. Not too buff or too thin for a guy who clearly spends alot of time working out and looking in the mirror.
A good example, but please refrain from the whole body waxing thing! Yuck!

Well since im a girl i htink he shouldnt have that big muscle in the middle of his arm.My guy should have nice abs but not to defined and slightly buff arms but not to big

just right, his gains look natural too, but everyone's body is different, depending on genetics and if you take steroids or not, to buff to me would be most wwe superstars and any of those pro bodybuilders in the olympia and non natural circuits.

that's disgustingly buff. huge guys like that are gross- i like skinny guys that dont look like if you touched them you'd break your finger. i dont want to hug a friggin tree.
