Well, the "christians" that believe in the Holy Trinity would say a lot but one common thing that is highly believed is that God can do anything....
Of course answers to that dilema would have to come from the scriptures. Would it make sense that God can make himself a human body and then die and at the same time be able to resurrect himself? Well it would make sense if you inculcate philosophy to the equation.
But the Bible is clear to be careful of philosophy calling it empty deception.
One thing that these believers of Trinity are not aware of is that God in the beginning of all existence was at one time alone....alone.....alone
No one around, then he decides to create someone or something FIRST....In Colossians 1:15 says that Jesus was the FIRST-BORN of all creation...Now what is the definition of the word FIRST-BORN?...it means First to be brought into existence, first to be created....
Then in that scripture is clear in showing that Jesus then was given the priviledge to created all other things that are in existence today..including other angels....
Now some may wonder, why does it say in that scripture that he is the image of the invisible God? Does that not mean that he is God's equal or even God himself?
Well the answer is clear but the Bible makes it even clearer...In the first book of the Bible Genesis God and Jesus are obviously creating together the things we see today, but it makes mention in Genesis 1:26 that we as humans are created in God's IMAGE...
Since we were created in God's image, does that make us the same as God? No! Of course not, does that also apply to Jesus? Well of course it does since he was created by God alone, making Jesus the only begotten Son (A.K.A. Angel) of God...
Now with me making that statement above a lot of "christians" are going to be upset with that, but I do apologize for being blunt but the truth is the scriptures are clear in referring the angels in heaven as "sons of God"....Even Satan made mention in the book of Matthew 4 when tempting Jesus, if you the reader of this comment, take the time to go read this account for yourself you will see that Satan keeps saying to Jesus when tempting him, he says: "If you are a son of God..."Why would he say that instead of: "If you are God...."
Even though Satan is the Father of the lie, he is not stupid he knows who is who and refers to them as such but of course he does not show any respect to God or to Jesus....
So my conclusion of this comment is that if you the reader would like to know further about the origin of the Trinity and the truth concerning the identity of God and Jesus take what I've said and continue your own personal research using every available Bible Dictionary, Encyclopedia, Bible Translation, Etc. and find the answer

Well, obviously you've already concluded there is no possibility so there's not much sense in answering but I'll try.
God was in the beginning. He's not His own Father, He is THE Father. Jesus and the Holy Spirit were in the beginning, too. Just their being in existence before time is beyond our ability to understand because all we know is what's on this earth. They are three entities but one in spirit, mind and purpose. Since insemination is a human, physical concept, I assume God has no need of it for Mary to become pregnant. Again, it's beyond our understanding. I know the next question...why believe in something not understandable? I don't understand how a car engine converts gas into energy but I believe it does. I know SOMEONE understands how it happens but EVERYONE will eventually understand about the Trinity.

"Trinity" is a term that is not found in the Bible but a word used to describe what is apparent about God in the Scriptures. The Bible clearly speaks of God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit...and also clearly presents that there is only one God. Thus the term: "Tri" meaning three, and "Unity" meaning one, Tri+Unity = Trinity. It is a way of acknowledging what the Bible reveals to us about God, that God is yet three "Persons" who have the same essence of deity.
Some have tried to give human illustrations for the Trinity, such as H2O being water, ice and steam (all different forms, but all are H2O). Another illustration is an egg having a shell, egg yolk and egg white, but this egg illustration shows that there would be "parts" to God, which isn't the case.
God the Son (Jesus) is fully, completely God. God the Father is fully, completely God. And God the Holy Spirit is fully, completely God. Yet there is only one God. In our world, with our limited human experience, it's tough to understand the Trinity. But from the beginning we see God this way in Scripture. Notice the plural pronouns "us" and "our" in Genesis 1:26 -- Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

You're looking at this from a human perspective. God isn't human. God does not beget Godself in the same way as people beget children. God is considered 3 different persons and yet unified as ONE at the same time. How did this happen? I have no idea. Does it make sense? It's a mystery. I'm just trying to explain what I've heard and read on this subject.

The concept of the trinity was made up centuries after the Bible. Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost are called the Godhead in scripture. They are unified in purpose. Each has an important assignment in the plan of salvation. Our Heavenly Father is our Father and ruler. Jesus Christ is our Savior. The Holy Ghost is the revealer and testifier of all truth. The Holy Ghost is our Heavenly Father's messenger and is a special gift to us

Take out the earthly material aspect of it.Think supernaturally.Anything is possible on the other side.I wrestled with the same question for quit some time, but if we are here because of a great big powerful God and he created everything.Sounds to me like nothing is impossible for him.Just like the problems and issues we all face on a daily basis.Nothing is too big or too little for God,but it takes belief and faith to see him work in a persons life.

I'll try to keep it simple: 3 persons. 1 God.
This is how we explain to the kids. Like Aquafresh toothpaste - 3 toothpastes in 1. All three parts are toothpaste. Like an egg - shell, white and yoke. They are all egg.
Have a nice Monday!

You have an finite mind--and trying to reason infinite intelligent. You have to rely on science to explain Faith and spirituality. That is a problem for you. "With God all thinks are possible"
Your logic is not even scientific--if he inseminated himself being male(logically) how could he deliver?..A spirit according to the Bible is like a gust of wind--how could sex be? Using your logic is not logical not Scientific. Sorry , try again.

I know its hard to imagine..but the realm of the Spirit does not operate on the same laws as we do here on the natural (earthy) realm.
Things that are inconceivable and impossible on earth, and with man..are possible with God. That's why it's called
The Supernatural..
