With a girl? most likely no. I would have a very hard time trusting him after that and you cannot have a healthy relationship unless you know you can trust your b/f or g/f.

never. if they cheat on me then that means that they really don't like me. that they seem to need someone else. so it makes them a lier and a cheater (when i say lier i mean if they say that they love you then they cheat, that hat i mean by lier) and to put it simply, if they do it once they will do it again.
