I am 6ft tall, 180lbs, and in good shape, I should be able top bench press atleast 160 repeatedly about 12 times. I want to gain muscle mass, any suggestions?

every 3-5 days. never work 2 major muscle groups on the same day.

you should only train your chest once a week. I.e. only do bench press once a week, any more and your muscles won't have time to repair and you will just slow down your progress.

About twice a week. Have a light day and a heavy day.

three days a week lift for 20-30 mins and eat a high protein diet---alot of chicken and rice

every other day
eat more carbs
take some protein supplement
