if you throw up your meals 2-5 times a month, usually after eating a very large meal. The reason for throwing up is guilt and fear of gaining weight (even though I am already little chubby & on a strenuous exercise regimen)....or is it progressing to bulimia?

If you are forcing yourself to throw up, then you are on the verge of progressing to the eating disorder. You need to seek help immediately.
If you aren't forcing yourself to throw up, but rather, are eating so much that it's making you sick, then you need to cut back on how much you eat. It's not healthy and it could lead to eating disorders like Bulimia or even Anorexia.

No one should fear gaining weight nor should you fear feeling guilty of eating. If you are on a diet and exercise regimen you're on a great start to a healthy life. You're going to eat something "guilty" occasionally. If you don't, you'll only end up stressing yourself out to the point that you'll forget your diet and over indulge way too much.

If you fear gaining weight, just watch what you eat, workout, and enjoy those little treats once in a while, even a small treat daily won't hurt. But if you are getting to the point where you think you might have an eating disorder, you need to talk to your doctor as soon as possible to get it under control before it goes too far. Good luck!

U need to talk to someone about your problem maybe your parents or a doctor...It is a very serious condition and your health can really decline if you continue doing what you are doing...Get help now before it gets worse and too late......
