i was jw is that right? im not sure if i heard right but GMhousing for airforce said i might be able to qualify for housing under waterfall? i was wondering if someone would be able to give me more info on this?

we are in the process of trying to move on sheppard afb and well the lady said i might be able to qualify under waterfall? and i wanted to know what that meant? we are newlyweds and have no kids he is currently active duty status

I believe it means emergency housing for hardship reasons.
