she is 5.1 tall.is the size small,normal or big??

There is no such thing as "normal" in bust size. Everyone is individual and their bust size is pre-determined by genetics. For that reason, her bust size is normal for her. She can't be compared to someone else because she is her own person with her own genetic makeup.

If you are her friend, you will like her for who she is...not for the size of her bust.
