I believe it to be both they fear what they can't understand...but i should think it doesn't make them bad because of it...I would have to say we are all afraid of what we don't understand in some way or another

Bad people? You mean non-believers, by God standards we are all bad people.
1. I think it is more of a pride thing than an afraid thing.
2. Yes, they have trouble understanding it because they are spiritually discerned. God bless.
