I'm a runner and i have a general diet of pizza, hot dogs, lots of soda, and other quite unhealthy food choices. I'm 16 and wonder what everyday foods i can incorporate into my diet.

well i play soccer. i generally eat healthy, no junk food, or soda. pizza is ok once n a while. i dont rly have a diet.
