What I have in my Jewish bible says this:

"God came from the south, the Holy One from Mount Paran, Selah!"

This is speaking of Mt. Seir, which is south of Israel.

Source: Jewish Torah and commentaries.

P.S. Teman is the name of the oldest son of Eliphaz, who was the firstborn son of Esau. Mt. Seir is associated with Esau. It is where Jacob said he would meet Esau, as well.
