Using Desonide lotion...how long will it take to have eczema look better?

My dermatologist told me it would go away in 1 month. My face has white patches from the eczema. How long has it took for other desonide lotion users?

it will usually take 4-5 days for it to start showing a difference, if it did not, feel free to call the dermatologist, he may want you to continue and see in about a week or two though, good luck
