...for blurting out "bull$h!t" on live TV?

He was elated and exhausted, but NASCAR didn't care when Junior cussed under similar circumstances, and he got fined for it.

I'm so happy for my boy Smoke, and I don't want a language fine marring that awesome win!

If NASCAR sticks to their setting the example with Junior as a warning to others, they will fine him. If he actually said it.
Some say he said 'ship'. Wish that could be proven.
He said it while dedicating the win to his fans ..and yes
Smoke fans have put up with the (**** ****)from alot of people.
Just as Gordon and Junior fans have.
Smoke's still a winner & he's just as loyal to his fans as they are to him. If he's fined, he'll think it was worth it for his fans.

Did he Smoke em yesterday or what? Go>>Tony
Go Jr.!
Go RCR!

Who Nascar's favorite inbred son? Probably not no mention of it of course, isn't he the queer who was whining about favoritism and this being like wrestiling, then he says that knowing he won't be fined, who is the favorite? Seems to be him pretty clearly, it's amazing he didn't ruin it he tried to with Harvick what kind of moron can't go a race without hitting someone? He'd be sittin a lot better in points if he wasn't such a petty prick behind the wheel. But don't worry Smoke fans, Nascar will make sure he has the best car and cover up for his mistakes when others would undoubtedly be fined.

10k and 25 points if they are consistent.

Tony is just lucky he didn't swear after getting out of a COT....That would be 100k and 100 points and his housekeeper would be suspended for 6 weeks.

edit, the fine for Jr was ten thousand not 25

we will know tomorrow but maybe not, based on the stuff on Jayski's site:

"While NASCAR officials would later say they thought there was a network delay protecting the driver, ESPN officials said delays are only used on replays of radio conversations, not live victory lane interviews. "It was an unfortunate incident that we did not anticipate," said ESPN officials in a statement."

He should be fined yes, it's only fair.
Enough of this one does, this one doesn't crap.
Straight across the board equal for everyone: equal fines, or nothing at all

I think he will be fined. It won't matter much about a few points, he will be in the chase. He could win the championship this year.

I hope so, but only on the grounds of NASCAR being consistent. If they did it to someone else, they should do it to him too, just to be fair.

I'm sure he will. NASCAR doesn't like that language to be viewed by the fans.
They all get it eventually.

Gettin it Rules!!!!!!

Well it's hard to say. I would imagine he would get a fine. I guess I wasn't paying attention to what Stewart was saying. I didn't even notice he did it.
