The thing that I find works best is nail polish remover
1. Soak the tattoo in hot water to open up the pores
2. Dry the area
3. Rub the area down with nail polish remover

Repeat as needed

Good Luck to you

Soak it in salt water for 15 minutes and then exfoliate your skin where the tattoo, it won't get rid of the whole thing but it will get rid of most of it and speed up losing it completely.
